WA PCYC is seeking passionate and skilled Youth Program Coordinators to take the lead in delivering our safeSPACE program for young people in the community. We are looking for the following roles:

1. Youth Program Coordinator – Kununurra
2. Youth Program Coordinator – Roebourne
safeSPACE is PCYC's early intervention program, aimed at supporting frontline policing priorities and preventing young people from becoming involved in the youth justice system, whilst improving outcomes for those who do.

About us:

PCYC is WA's leading youth organisation working with the WA Police Force and the community to empower children and young people to reach their potential. This all happens from our 16 centres located from Albany in the south to Kununurra in the North-West.

Who we're looking for:
* Proven leadership & experience – background in youth work, community services, social work, psychology or a related field (Diploma or higher preferred)
* Program development skills – experience designing, delivering, and evaluating youth programs.
* Cultural awareness & engagement – strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
* Passionate & Resilient – ability to re-engage young people using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
* Compliance ready – possess or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance (within a 6-month period) and a WA Working with Children Check.
* Driver's License – full and valid driver's license required for the role.
