This role offers the chance to contribute to driving quality and excellence across clinical and non-clinical areas.
You will work in partnership with the manager of quality and risk to support the management team at Omeo District Health, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
The position is responsible for coordinating and supporting accreditation activities, promoting a culture of performance improvement, and participating in working groups and committees as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support accreditation activities across the organisation;
* Promote a culture of improving performance across the organisation;
* Support the coordination of clinical governance activities;
* Utilise effective communication and strong organisational skills with all stakeholders in the organisation;
* Participate in ODH working groups and committees as appropriate;
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Experience in healthcare;
* Experience with health and aged care accreditation;
* Clinical Qualification;
* Experience in conducting clinical incident review;
* Knowledge and experience in improvement and innovation methodologies;
