**The Position**
- Manage all urgent and non-urgent maintenance requests
- Conduct vacate inspections
- Assist senior property managers where and when necessary
- Prepare lease renewals and conduct rent reviews
- Conduct routine inspections
**The Person**
- Previous property management experience is essential.
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a love of relationship-building
- A self-motivated team player who is full of ideas and willing to get their hands dirty
- Immaculately presented with a mature and professional demeanour
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
