Careful and meticulous restoration has transformed the landmark heritage site at 23 Bourke Street into a four-level haven of immersive, French-accented dining and celebratory experiences; including a showpiece restaurant spanning the lower two floors, a late-night supper club in the basement and an elegant rooftop terrace.

About the Opportunity:
Join the team of Maison Bâtard and work with talented chefs. This is a great opportunity for Chefs de Partie to experience a new venue. Work closely with senior chefs and ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency and efficiency of your section. This is a great prospect to develop your skills and grow within a dynamic and prestigious kitchen.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, a la carte restaurant
- French cuisine experience advantageous
- Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Team oriented and strong communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Eye for detail and strong time management
- Knowledge food safety standards
- Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
