The Opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate full-time
Drive Way Concierge
to join our successful service team at Paradise Mazda. If you are a team focused individual with a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a close-knit and family-oriented team of professionals committed to delivering fantastic outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Greeting customers on arrival
* Checking customers vehicle in with service advisors
* Tagging and moving vehicle to waiting bays
* Dropping off customers - when required
* Maintaining a clean and safe work place
* Ensure all procedures are adhered to when handling customer vehicles
* Assisting in the car wash - when required
* Ad hoc duties as instructed by management
You will be great in this role because:
* You have highly developed organisational and time management skills
* Strong commitment and dedication towards customer service and satisfaction
* You have the ability to work in a team environment
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
* Professionally presented, energetic, enthusiastic and able to communicate well
Other Desirable Skills (not necessarily required)
* Concierge experience
