We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to strengthen our construction operations and drive workflow efficiency across systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the head office construction operations team across residential and commercial projects, aligning priorities with Site Managers, Construction Managers, and Development teams.
* Coordinate documentation, approvals, and compliance for smooth handover to site teams.
* Ensure seamless handover of documentation, compliance, and reporting to site teams, monitoring project performance, procurement, and budgets.
* Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes, building and fostering a collaborative, accountable, and forward-thinking culture.
* Act as the key link between planning and execution.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of construction project administration (Commercial and Residential), including WHS legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
* Proficiency in project management software, solid grasp of leadership and team management capabilities, and experience managing high-performance office-based teams in a construction setting.
* Understanding of residential volume building and commercial construction environments, with 7+ years' experience in construction operations, project coordination, or a senior support role within a volume or commercial builder.
