This role offers an opportunity for a competent and confident, administrator to assist the overall running of one of the most critical functions within the Asset Management Services (AMS) team, through providing key staff operational administrative support.
Key Tasks:
* Prepare, raise and process internal and external accounts and liaise with the Asset Managers regarding incoming and outgoing payments and follow up all outstanding invoices for payment and collection.
* Attend to tenant service requests promptly and dealing with invoices and contractor management as advised.
* Provide general administrative assistance, processing payments and inbox management where required.
* Prepare monthly expense reconciliations, manage invoice distribution and account management, including rental collection and accounts payable.
* Assist in the management of tenant payments including collection of rent and tenant arrears.
* Data entry into our internal Property Management system, ability to pull reports from the system, ad-hoc as required.
Who are we looking for?
* Attention to detail, initiative and a strong work ethic.
* Excellent time management skills, an aptitude to learn quickly and be a proactive team player.
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to clearly communicate.
* Assistant Agent or Class 2, Real Estate License.
* A passion for internal customer service and a keen interest in the real estate industry, or real estate as a career.
