The Opportunity

Join us as Leasing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in the success of Brisbane's Build-to-Rent community at 50 Quay. Leading the end-to-end leasing journey, you will drive leasing performance, optimise rental outcomes, and deliver occupancy and resident retention targets that support the long-term success of the business.

More than a traditional leasing role, this is an opportunity to shape an exceptional resident experience from first enquiry through to lease renewal.

What You'll Own

* Drive leasing performance by maximising occupancy, rental income, and resident retention across the community.
* Deliver an exceptional leasing experience by guiding prospective residents through property tours and the application process.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective residents, converting enquiries into new leases and renewals.
* Monitor market trends and leasing performance to identify opportunities that improve leasing outcomes and business performance.
* Lead and support the Leasing Agent(s), ensuring customer service, leasing operations, reporting, and compliance standards are consistently achieved.

About You

Our team at Essence Communities are seeking a strategic and commercially minded leasing professional with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences. With a strong track record of driving occupancy, optimising rental performance, and leading end-to-end leasing processes, you thrive in fast-paced, design-led environments.

You will also bring:

* Demonstrated experience in leasing, ideally within residential, commercial, or retail sectors.
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Detail-oriented and results-focused, consistently striving to meet and exceed targets.
* A current QLD Real Estate Agent's Licence or a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
