CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Leading Hands for ongoing civil subdivision projects based in Bundaberg, QLD. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to have consistent ongoing work, managing small crews of Operators and Labourers to achieve timely outcomes for the client. This position will require the candidate to commit to 10hr days, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a crew of labourers and machine operators on site. Perform and oversee the installation of deep sewer, stormwater, and water mains in residential subdivisions. Maintain adherence to SEQ standards, project specifications, and all relevant safety protocols. Conduct quality checks and rectify issues in a timely and efficient manner. Liaise with site supervisors and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and address site challenges. Our Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years’ experience in a Leading Hand position. Solid understanding of SEQ standards and strong commitment to site safety and compliance. Ability to read and interpret plans. Strong communication and leadership skills to support and guide onsite teams. Relevant tickets/licences for plant operation and high-risk work are highly regarded.
