Aspiring Store Manager
Become a store manager by participating in our comprehensive Store Manager in Training program. This role is perfect for individuals who have completed the Stretch Program within the last three years, have successfully managed a team as a caretaker, and are actively engaged in an Individual Development Plan.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in a 6-month Store Manager in Training (SMIT) Program to develop leadership and professional skills.
* Shadow experienced store managers across multiple locations to gain a deeper understanding of store operations.
* Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders to support your growth throughout the program.
Requirements:
* Have completed the Stretch Program within the last three years.
* Have successfully completed a period of store manager caretaking.
* Be actively engaged in an Individual Development Plan.
* Receive endorsement from your current store manager.
