Teacher Aide – Inglewood State School
We are seeking two Teacher Aides to join the team at Inglewood State School, supporting students from Prep to Year 10, including those with special needs.
This position is offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.32 FTE), 24 hours per fortnight.
Assist teachers with classroom activities and help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.

About the Role
As a Teacher Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers to deliver quality education.
Reporting to the Principal or their delegate, you will contribute to the preparation and enhancement of learning materials and activities, while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting students from Prep to Year 10 in their learning journey.
Assisting teachers with classroom and school activities, including excursions and sporting events.
Helping maintain and manage school equipment and resources.
Providing clerical assistance, such as typing, photocopying, and organising materials.
Contributing to the welfare, health, and safety of students, including administering first aid (training provided).
About You
This role would suit someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with children, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Qualities and Experience
Confidence working with a wide range of students.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to function effectively as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and sensitivity when working with students and families.
Experience in a school setting or a Certificate III in Education Support (desirable).
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
