The Role
Victory Curtains and Blinds has been providing premium custom-made window furnishings to Australian homes for over 30 years. We’re on the hunt for a reliable, hands-on and enthusiastic individual with a hands-on background to be the right-hand of our National Technical Manager in overseeing the installer network and maintaining high standards.
This role combines administrative and field support, including debriefing, system updates, technical problem-solving, training, and escalations, to ensure accurate job outcomes and a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
The successful candidate will receive all necessary product and installation training!
Responsibilities
- Perform technical support in office through supporting the training of installers and other team members.
- Perform on-site check measures alongside installations and service calls as required.
- Conduct debriefs with installers, reviewing paperwork, job notes and systems entries to improve accuracy.
- Ensure all installer jobs outcomes are updated on internal system.
- Monitor installer conduct for compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams, providing support where required.
- Manage escalated jobs and perform high quality customer service.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience with our line of products is highly advantageous.
- Openness to learning
- Strong communication skills

- Thorough knowledge of tools and equipment
- Troubleshooting skills
- Aptitude for general maintenance would be essential.
- Building trade would be advantageous but not essential
