We are seeking a skilled and experienced Brand Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Australia or New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to attract new mid-sized brand partners and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
* Lead negotiations, build profitable relationships, and deliver business insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to amplify value for partners through promotions and solutions.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role, and you will be working Monday-Thursday in the office and from home on Fridays.
You will have the opportunity to work with a global digital gifting platform that creates human connections through remarkable gifting moments.
About You:
* You have a strong track record of successful deal-making and commercial structuring.
* You possess excellent communication and relationship skills to engage and satisfy partners.
* You are commercially savvy with a focus on customer centricity and have a high-energy approach to achieving goals.
* You have at least 5 years of experience in partnerships, business, or corporate development.
