Come shape our future with us and make a real and lasting impact across our teams.The opportunity:As a Management Accountant with Urban Utilities, you will support the Financial Planning and Analysis team in the preparation of the functional business unit financial planning and internal reporting to inform management on the progress and effectiveness of Urban Utilities strategic and operational plans and investments. This role will also provide real time analysis to guide key operating decisions by highlighting performance outcomes in standardised reporting and ah-hoc performance analysis and reporting.Working collaboratively with key decision makers and other finance personnel, this role will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to seek alternative ways of working by leveraging digital tools to automate reporting and analysis and bring budget owners closer to their performance to elevate financial acumen and drive a performance focused mindset across Urban Utilities.About you:Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related disciplineStrong customer focus and a team player with excellent collaboration skills.Attention to detail and strong MS Office skills (Excel)Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including financial reporting.Relevant tertiary qualifications in business/finance/accounting or related field.CPA/CA qualification desirable, but not essential.
