**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
These doting working parents are seeking support from a nanny who can focus on providing engaging care for their daughter two mornings a week. They're keen to employ a nanny who is knowledgeable about early childhood development and can facilitate appropriate activities that allow her to have fun and learn new skills. There is no driving required in this role (although the home is probably easier to access with a car).
The parents take turns caring for their daughter most of the week, but typically work from home and prefer not to have their daughter see them attached to their screens. Without family nearby they're wanting to build a positive relationship with a caring and respectful nanny.
Typically, the young toddler has a midday nap, which should allow some child-free time at the end of the shift. The parents would like their Nanager to support with things such as laundry and keeping the kitchen tidy. This is a role that could grow in the future, if desired.
**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
The parents value a present and gentle caregiving style. Their one year old is happy, curious, and determined. She loves to play, eats and sleeps well. The family has a friendly dog, and supervision is required when the dog and baby are together.
