Administration Assistant – Bonville Office – 2025 Start
The purpose of our school is to make Jesus Christ known and loved amongst our students and their families.
Coffs Harbour Christian Community School is a co-educational Kindergarten – Year 12 school.
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and organised Administration Assistant to support our existing Administration team located at the Bonville Campus Office.
Responsibilities
- Support the Administration team with a range of tasks from basic administration (photocopying, laminating, binding booklets, etc.) to more complex administrative duties.
- Handle tasks with priority set by the Principal’s Executive Assistant, with flexibility to adapt as priorities change.
- Provide effective and efficient administrative assistance using Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with staff, parents and students in a Christ-centred school environment.
- Assist with general office administration and related duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Current Employee Working With Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and established office administration skills.
- Previous school administration experience is preferred but not required.
- Commitment to the school’s Christian ethos (Applicants must be committed Christians).
