**About the role**
Your role will include:
- Assign technical service requests to the appropriate member of the team
- Ensure outstanding tickets are being actioned accordingly and update users as necessary
- Produce documentation around regular technical resolutions for the team
- Keep abreast of planned technical modifications, outages and deployments that could affect end users
- Assist with Service Desk rostering
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have some of the below:
- 3+ year experience in a customer service based role.
- Ability to prioritise incoming requests based on various criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Some exposure to or an interest in IT is desirable
