About the role:
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will report directly to the Venue Manager and play a key role in shaping our operations and guest experiences. You will work across our full-service restaurant and takeaway kiosk, and support the growth of our business as we move towards regular dinner services in addition to our pop-up events.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and support the front-of-house team, including training and mentoring junior staff
* Assist with stock ordering and beverage menu development
* Be a key decision-maker in day-to-day operations
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth service across all outlets
* Maintain our commitment to sustainability practices in hospitality
About you:
* Strong experience in front-of-house restaurant operations
* Minimum 1-2 years of front-of-house restaurant experience required
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
* Experience training and leading teams
* Experience managing 6-15 staff members required
* Flexible availability, including evenings for special events and dinners
* Passionate about sustainable food practices and understanding where your ingredients come from
* A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
* Able to commit to a long term role with the business, with the goal to grow as we grow
* Australian work rights required
* Food safety certification required at time of application
Hours:
Currently Wednesday – Sunday, 7am – 3pm, with additional availability required for evening events and pop-up dinners
