This role will see you working in a growing and evolving Local Government Council where you will work to deliver on the strategic direction, business improvements and community development initiatives through your portfolio. The Coordinator will also be responsible for actively building community connections, and leading service development to meet community need.
- Sound leadership experience in collections, creative technologies and/or digital services.
- A proven ability to problem solve; be creative; innovative and flexible
- The ability to lead and drive positive change
- A proven track record of managing projects on time and on budget
- The ability to develop a high performing team
- Sound financial and risk management skills
- Prior service development skills and an innovative approach
