What You'll Be Doing
* Drive team performance by executing effective sales strategies and maintaining consistency throughout the sales cycle.
* Work closely with management to align team outcomes with overall business objectives.
* Provide accurate insights into team results and key performance metrics.

* Foster a collaborative work environment while supporting individual and team success.
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record of exceeding individual targets and driving team success.
* Experience within travel, tourism, events, or lifestyle industries is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational and performance management skills.
* Possesses strategic business insight paired with strong operational discipline.
* 4+ years sales experience, including minimum 2 years in a leadership position.
