Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef/Cook to join our culinary team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and regulate the operating temperature of cooking equipment to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
* Oversee the storage of food items in temperature-controlled facilities to maintain quality and hygiene.
* Provide training and guidance to other staff members and required to ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
* Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
* Assist in the planning and development of seasonal menus.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a commercial kitchen setting.
* Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
