The Company
Our client is a large, well established, Remedial Building Company that has been specialising in Residential and Commercial Remedial Building projects, Cladding Replacement projects and Fire Upgrade projects for over 50 years working across NSW and QLD.
The Role
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in managing Fire Upgrade projects to join their team. This role will include both Project Management, Business Development and Estimating responsibilities.
Reporting directly into the Construction Manager and Senior Management, this Project Manager would be responsible for the successful leadership, estimation and delivery of various passive fire upgrade projects, with a focus on key deliverables including all facets of safety, quality, operational, financial and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?
* Essential - Minimum 6 years' local (Australia) experience project managing Fire Upgrade projects including - Passive fire, Wet and Dry Fire.
* Experience required - All aspects of Fire Upgrade scopes including Business Development, Estimation and Project Management.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Construction Management or a related field.
* A proactive and professional Project Manager with the proven ability to communicate with all stakeholders including owners / occupants, engineers, clients, consultants, sub-contractors and internal staff.
* Work with integrity and dedication to forge long-term, strong relationships.
* Strong ability to influence and lead teams.
