Precinct Operations and Maintenance Manager is a key leadership role within our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our supporting base facilities as well as our emergency response capability.
The successful candidate will lead an expert team to success by setting the vision, building the plan and using their unique leadership skills to foster a strong and safe team culture that delivers truly innovative solutions.
This role requires experience supervising a team consisting of various trade professions and advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background. A Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Engineering in a related discipline is also required. Additionally, a Diploma in Leadership & Management, or equivalent, is necessary for this position.
Key responsibilities include leading and collaborating within a cross-functional environment to manage budget, resources, reporting and deliverables. Ensuring Quality & EH&S standards are built and maintained in alignment with company policies is also crucial. Financial management including Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities is another important aspect of this role.
A minimum of four years prior relevant experience is required for this position. Previous experience and responsibility in executing improvement to processes, systems or products to enhance the performance of a job area is also desirable. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as needed.
