Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Mid-Market Sales team across Australia and New Zealand.

This dual-role combines hands-on sales leadership with direct revenue responsibility, driving performance across enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspire a high-performing team, shape go-to-market strategies, and take ownership of your sales territory
* Drive revenue and pipeline growth through effective planning and execution
* Shape and review account plans, ensuring strong deal governance and Salesforce discipline
* Partner with marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to deliver seamless client experiences
* Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and execution
* Report performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior leadership

About the Role

As the National Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Inspiring a high-performing team to drive sales growth and exceed targets

Developing and executing go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, solutions, and delivery teams

Leading by example, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence

Requirements:

* Demonstrated success in mid-market sales with proven leadership experience
* Strong track record in cybersecurity or technology sales across enterprise and government sectors
* Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and building high-performing teams
* Skilled communicator, motivator, and strategist with strong commercial acumen
* Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and commitment to data integrity
