Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager and Management Team in all areas of the business.
* Lead by example and empower your team through effective coaching and ongoing training.
* Manage and take full accountability of end-to-end product management of your department.
* Ensure that customers are the forefront and leave with an excellent customer experience.
* Handle high stock volume management.
* Operate as a team leader for up to 20 staff.
* Maintain financial accountability, understanding the P&L, trends, forecasting, etc.
* Communicate effectively in written and verbal correspondence.
Qualifications
* Big box / large format leadership background highly desirable.
* Experience in a team leadership role of up to 20 staff.
* Robust financial acumen, understanding of P&L, trends, forecasting, etc.
* Effective communication and written skills.
* Passion for outdoors highly desirable.
* First Aid certification or willingness to be trained at our expense.

Job Details
* Job type: Part-time.
* Pay: $52,083.34 – $79,837.38 per year.
* Expected hours: 30 per week.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, on call.
* Supplementary pay: Commission.
* Work location: On the road.
