This role is ideal for someone with experience in lending or broking who wants to step into a lead operational role, while building toward becoming a high‐performing Mortgage Broker.
Aussie Blacktown | Full‐Time | Base + Commission

Role Overview
You will play a key role in the day‐to‐day operations of the business while supporting loan processing and client management. Over time, you will transition into a client‐facing Mortgage Broker, with the opportunity to generate your own income through commissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing office operations and workflow
* Overseeing loan processing and submission quality
* Liaising with lenders, clients, and internal stakeholders
* Managing CRM and systems (Aussie systems / Platform Plus highly regarded)
* Supporting brokers with deal structuring and submissions
* Gradual transition into writing and managing your own loans
What We're Looking For
* Experience in mortgage broking, lending, or a similar finance role
* Familiarity with Aussie systems / Platform Plus (strongly preferred)
* Strong organizational and leadership capability
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Ambition to grow into a Mortgage Broker role
