The Role:
We are seeking a System Administrator to join our IT team based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This role will support server maintenance and help deliver projects that drive Delta Agribusiness' strategic IT direction. You will work closely with the National IT Manager and broader technical team to maintain, enhance, and secure our IT environment.
Delta Agribusiness is committed to staying at the forefront of technology, which requires constant monitoring, adaptation, and improvement. In this position, you will provide day-to-day IT support across the business while managing and optimising our Azure environment (AD, SQL, RDS, Backup), Azure tenant, cybersecurity posture, communications, and IT hardware.
Skills and Experience:
* Qualifications or certifications in Information Technology with strong technical skills.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and 365 environments
* Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and server administration
* Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
* Strong change management and project delivery skills to support business stakeholders.
* A current driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain, upgrade, and patch existing workstations and servers.
* Administer and optimise our Azure environment, including Azure Virtual Desktops.
* Coordinate and manage upgrades, installations, and integrations.
* Assist the IT team with business-critical projects.
* Create and maintain IT documentation and training materials.
* Manage and update Group Policy and Intune policies.
