POSITION AVAILABLE - we require a Second Logistics Coordinator. This role will work alongside our Current Logistics Coordinator and be a vital member of our Operations Team.
Responsibilities
* Daily scheduling and logistics for cranes and transport at a busy growing company based in Geraldton WA (must be available and located in Geraldton for this role).
* Computer entry/scheduling, daily team communications, processing paperwork.
* Employee and asset allocation for works daily and ongoing.
* Forward planning of daily and upcoming works and planning with our team.
* Site entry requirements.
* Learning on the job and online scheduling works.
* 24/7 support and on-the-job training from our experienced management team.
* Client and employee relations and daily communication - point of contact.
* Comply with Procure Logistics ISO and HVMR Accreditation standards.
Qualifications & Attributes
* High level of customer service and high attention to client satisfaction.
* A positive can-do attitude; this role is an important face to our company and our valued employees.
* Ability to deal with all situations and adapt to a changing workplace.
* Computer literate and experienced; able to learn quickly with organizational skills to a very high standard, ready to learn new programs as required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Well presented and high attention to detail (preferred).
* Proven work ethic and commitment to the role, with opportunities for growth and benefits for the successful applicant.
