We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Toowoomba, Australia.
About the Role:
* You will take ownership of a region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets, margin setting, strategic customer planning, and maintaining a structured call cycle and sales pipeline.
* Maintain a high level of customer-focused activity, serving key customers on the road, and prefer not to sit in an office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver market-leading service and support to our commercial customers in your region.
* Generate new business, identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers for our company.
* Skillfully move customers through the sales process by selling the value of our products, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to achieve win/win outcomes.
* Collaborate with local branch staff, sales team members across Queensland, and industry stakeholders to build a supporting network.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated sales experience from any industry with strong negotiation skills.
* A strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver high daily activity, and a passion for sales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* A clean and valid driver's license is essential.
