Assistant Manager - Tools & Equipment Retail Leader

Location: Mile End
Salary: $70K - $75K + Super + Bonuses + Shares
Roster: 38 hours per week, rotating roster with 1 in 3 weekends

About the Role
Based in Mile End, this Assistant Store Manager role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail and warehouse operations. You'll play a key role in driving sales, leading by example, and ensuring operational excellence while mentoring your team to achieve outstanding results.

What You Will Do

- Lead from the front to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.

- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, rostering, and stock control.

- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve KPIs and grow capability.

- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
