The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients in Darwin.
Duties and Responsibilities
* We are seeking a highly safety and security focused individual, able to think on their feet.
* A strong customer service focus is required to deliver exceptional results in this role.
* Observe and monitor individual's behaviour, responding to incidents in a calm and confident manner.
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - are necessary to succeed in this position.
* Exceptional reporting skills, combined with a high level of personal presentation and conduct, are also essential.
Requirements
* An experienced guard with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role is required.
* A current and valid NT Security licence must be held by the successful candidate.
* A current and valid NT Driver's licence is also necessary.
* Must hold current valid First Aid and CPR certification.
* Basic Worksite Traffic Management and/or Traffic Controller Certification (desirable).
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
* Excellent computer and administration skills are required.
* Proven conflict resolution skills are also necessary.
* Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia is a requirement.
