Parks Supervisor (Full-Time)
Salary: $75,000 + potential overtime
Location: Multiple sites across 5 towns
Work Schedule: 9-day fortnight | 6am-3pm shifts

Your new role
As Parks Supervisor, you'll lead a diverse team of four team leaders across two horticulture crews and one mowing crew. Your time will be split 70/30 between office-based coordination and on-ground leadership. You'll manage daily operations, oversee contract performance, respond to customer requests, and ensure efficient deployment of staff and resources. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with practical field support.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Proven leadership experience, ideally in parks, gardens, or grounds maintenance
* Strong contract management and procurement skills
* Ability to handle reactive tasks and customer service requests
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
* A White Card and relevant tickets/licences (highly regarded)
* Experience in long-term programming and team coordination
* A proactive, grounded approach to managing crews and operations
