Major Accountabilities
* Handling of customers queries on the phone
* Processing orders in SAP to enable correct purchase, invoicing and delivery of Alcon product to customers
* Liaising with freight for tracking of orders
* Providing excellent customer services for customers and commercial teams
* The role offers an prospect to display initiative, a passion for service excellence and to actively demonstrate Alcon's core values
Skills and Experience
* Accurate and quick data processing skills
* SAP experience
* Valuable communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Problem solving
* Customer service experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry preferred
