A leading garden maintenance company is looking for an experienced Team Leader overseeing day-to-day horticultural operations, ensuring high standards of landscape maintenance and team performance.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support horticulture staff in daily tasks
Maintain public parks, gardens, and green spaces
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Monitor work quality and provide hands-on training
Requirements:
Qualification in Horticulture is preferred.
Proven experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance
Strong leadership and communication skills
White card
Full, clean driving licence
Work with children's checks or willing to obtain one
National police check or willing to obtain one
