Fundraising Co-ordinator

Melbourne Girls Grammar is seeking an organised, digitally savvy and relationship-focused Fundraising Co-ordinator to join our Marketing and Community Engagement team. This part-time role (0.60 FTE) supports philanthropic initiatives that strengthen our community through meaningful partnerships and purposeful philanthropy, contributing directly to the School's long-term strategic priorities.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing and Community Engagement, the Fundraising Co-ordinator supports annual giving, capital campaign planning, donor stewardship and prospect research. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building community relationships and contributing to high-impact fundraising activity.
About the Role:
* Support annual giving, capital campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate donor records and assist with research, profiling and data reporting.
* Co-ordinate fundraising communications, digital content, receipting and acknowledgements.
* Prepare briefing notes, donor profiles, giving lists and reporting for key stakeholders.
* Participate in fundraising planning meetings and contribute to action follow-ups.
* Assist with events and donor stewardship across the MGGS community.
* Work collaboratively with the Principal, Marketing and Community Engagement team, alumnae and donors
About You:
You are a collaborative, organised and relationship-driven professional with strong digital and data capability. You enjoy engaging with community members, interpreting information and helping to build values-aligned philanthropic support for the School.
You will demonstrate:
* Experience in fundraising, donor relations, prospect research or data-driven engagement.
* Strong digital and CRM database skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with strong writing and stakeholder engagement ability.
* High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and accuracy in managing data.
* The ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively.
* A genuine interest in Philanthropy and community engagement.
* Passion for girls' education and values-aligned donor stewardship.
