* Manage a team in delivering high-quality recruitment services, including providing expert advice and ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
* Oversee the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant documentation to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resource or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing recruitment in a public sector environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in high-volume recruitment processes.
* Experience as a Super User Admin in Acendre recruitment systems.
