About the Role
We're excited to offer a fantastic Part-Time Sales Assistant opportunity at our Michael Kors Karrinyup store. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, self‐motivated, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. A background in clienteling is highly regarded.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the Michael Kors brand to life by:
* Creating meaningful connections with customers and maximising sales opportunities
* Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service while styling and promoting key collections
* Building and maintaining long‐term client relationships through proactive clienteling
* Supporting visual merchandising standards to ensure the store always looks its best
* Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining a well‐organised sales floor
This is a permanent part‐time position, working four days per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday) for a total of 30 hours, based at our Michael Kors Karrinyup store.
About You
You'll bring enthusiasm, confidence, and a passion for fashion, along with:
* Retail experience (premium or luxury experience preferred, but not essential)
* Strong sales ability and a genuine love of client engagement
* Experience using POS systemsExcellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* The ability to work independently when required
