Fresh, artisanal, delicious The Gelatissimo story began in 2002 where our first store opened in the heart of Sydney. Churning gelato in store, using secret traditional Calabrian family recipes, word of mouth spread and before long, there were queues out the door and new store openings followed.

We're looking for a hands-on System Accountant to take the lead on a major ERP implementation project, helping us streamline operations and set up our systems for future growth. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to extend.
You'll work across departments and with our external ERP partner to deliver configuration, testing, migration, go-live and post-launch support. This role is the perfect mix of systems, process, training and teamwork.
What you'll be doing
* Lead the full ERP implementation from end to end
* Liaise between internal teams and the ERP implementation partner
* Align processes across Finance, Manufacturing and Operations
* Deliver user training and support, along with clear documentation
* Ensure high-quality data migration and reporting setup
* Monitor post-launch system performance and resolve issues
* Contribute to small systems and process improvement projects
What you bring to the table
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or similar
* Proven ERP implementation experience (mid-sized or manufacturing environment preferred)
* Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting (FMCG/food industry is a plus)
* Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
* Strong Excel skills; Power BI or SQL experience a bonus
* Great communicator with strong documentation and training delivery skills
