We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily activities of our workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the workshop, while fostering staff development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations, ensuring all work is performed safely and in line with established protocols.
2. Coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees as needed, while planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
3. Anticipate customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance the service experience.
4. Maintain established work systems and ensure effective teamwork to achieve best practice standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have 5 years proven experience in workshop management, demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment, good written and verbal communication skills, inventory management, procurement and stock control history, and a flexible approach to business commitments.
