Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. The Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring a clean and safe environment for their use.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide outstanding customer service to all P3 Recovery clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
● Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility, including pool decks and recovery equipment.
● Sell memberships and products to clients, offering guidance and support as needed.
● Assist clients in utilising recovery equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols.
● Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions using our systems.
● Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service, safety, and security
Qualifications and Skills:
● First-Aid and CPR Certificate.
● High School diploma or equivalent.
● Previous experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in a health or fitness-related environment.
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Ability to adapt to changing tasks and manage a busy environment effectively.
● Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
