About the Role
* We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. You will work closely with venue management to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

11. Lead and supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain high service standards.
