**Recruitment Consultant ( IT Sales )** to join us in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and or Brisbane.

**Reporting to the Director you will contribute to the delivery of xtend recruitment strategy.**
- **Work proactively to build talent pipeline** across capability and location
- **Build relationships with new and existing clients** to harmonise processes across wider business
- **Champion clients employer brand**, build community via internal and external events (e.g. conference booths, grassroots campaigns), and improve brand market perception and awareness via social media
- **Take a data-driven approach** with a focus on upholding good data hygiene, reporting, analytics and compliance - and use the power of storytelling to paint a compelling picture of how we attract talent
**Ideally, you'll have some experience across IT SALES RECRUITMENT;**
- Able to deliver on best in class talent strategies, while being flexible enough to tweak when needed
- Comfortable working in the grey, having worked in high growth, agile, and fast-changing work environments that demand adaptability and the ability to deal with competing demands
- A problem solver - you gather and analyse data and present actionable insights and recommendations
- A strong relationship builder, using tact and diplomacy to move through difficult conversations with individuals and groups across various levels and functions
- Able to negotiate complex offers confidently without excessive back and forth
- A storyteller with a natural ability to take people on a journey
