As a member of the Data Team, you will be responsible for managing team members, maintaining account and contact data, and supporting data collection, auditing, and reporting.

* Maintain high data quality standards through regular audits and reviews
* Assist with data processes, training, recruitment, and onboarding to ensure seamless integration

Qualifications and Requirements
Required Skills:
* 5+ years' experience in data management within financial services
* 5+ years' experience managing teams, processes, and deadlines
* Experience with CRM systems to drive sales and customer engagement
* Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, to analyze and report data insights
