The Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) is seeking a highly motivated Project and Accounts Coordinator, Government Generalist Programs (CIT Solution Transition) to support the CIT Solutions Transition Group.
The Project and Accounts Coordinator, Government Generalist Programs (CIT Solution Transition) reports to the Director, Operations – CIT Solutions Transition and is responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of Procurement & Contracting Programs portfolio programs and professional short courses, acting as the main point of contact.
- Provide excellent support to both internal and external clients through the learner lifecycle from enquiry, attending classes, through to sending completions to the compliance team.
- Ensure all training enquiries/expressions of interest are followed up and provide program information within Service Charter timeframes.
- Assist with solving learner concerns or problems.
- Deal with learner/client enquiries or complaints and escalate, when necessary.
- Co-ordinate invoicing and payments.
- Contribute to routine responses to Requests for Quote and provide information to Request for Tenders.
- Assist with designing robust systems and processes to support the client journey.
- Contribute to client contractual reporting requirements.
- Proactively recognise client needs and with support, broker appropriate solutions.
- Cultivate, maintain, build and enhance client relationships.
- Triage emails and phone calls to relevant staff.
- Accurately enrol and maintain learner records on in information systems including Customer Relationships Management, Student Management System and Learning Management System platforms.
- Provide data and reports from information systems.
This position does not involve direct supervision of staff.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for up to 12 months.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
