We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and quality administrative services, preparing project materials, administering contracts, and monitoring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the NSW Project Management division.
* Prepare project documentation and materials in accordance with division protocols.
* Administer consultant and construction contracts, ensuring compliance and adherence to timelines.
* Maintain accurate records of project progress, including contract and project compliance.
* Support across procurement, invoicing, and tracking project budgets.
* Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders as required.
* Assist in the preparation of business activity reports, collating information from various sources.
Requirements
* Previous experience in coordination or administration roles within project management or construction.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with a professional presentation style.
