Project Officer Construction Projects
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Officer to coordinate contract administration, onsite delivery of minor construction projects, and provide accurate project advice to internal and external stakeholders.
* This role involves coordinating contract administration and onsite delivery of minor construction projects.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in project, construction or contract administration, strong skills in preparing project and financial documentation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing project documentation including management plans, WH&S policies, permits and approvals.
* Supporting budget tracking, financial reporting, and end-of-month project reconciliations.
* Providing accurate project information and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
* Contributing to team performance through problem-solving and process improvement.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in project, construction or contract administration.
* Demonstrated ability to prepare project and financial documentation.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
* An understanding of WH&S policies, permits, and regulatory requirements.
