We are looking for an experienced administration officer to join our team in our consulting suites.
As an administration officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our doctors and patients.
Your duties will include managing the reception desk, answering calls, organizing appointments, preparing admission paperwork, and maintaining accurate record management systems.
You will also be responsible for conducting follow-up requests, making reminder calls, and coordinating with staff from other departments.
We require someone with experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and authority to work in Australia.
Role Details
