We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team at Gawler Health Service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide courteous and efficient reception and admissions services to patients, visitors, and staff both in person and via phone.
 * Assist with patient record administration, including case note preparation, maintenance, and accurate data entry.
 * Support effective communication systems by managing paging, public address, and in-house media networks.
 * Work collaboratively within the team to maintain smooth administrative operations and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
 * Exceptional customer service skills in a busy, high-demand environment.
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
 * Adaptability, positivity, and ability to work independently while supporting a team.
 * Cultural awareness and willingness to engage respectfully with Aboriginal communities.
