With so much opportunity, what is your career path? ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting compliance, licensing, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a structured yet dynamic setting. JJ’s is an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers. This is a permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer inbound queries from multiple Councils Plan and schedule work in order to comply with KPI requirements Liaise with drivers and operations teams on day to day issues Investigation and resolution of queries pertaining to disputed services Work across multiple IT platforms including internal and external databases Assist with the day-to-day duties of Administration and Operations functionalities Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met by effectively managing customer queries via telephone and emails in a timely manner Keying run-sheets, processing service requests, and other adhoc administrative duties as required. ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role supporting a busy team. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-focused environment. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Experience in professional services or a corporate environment is highly regarded. Exposure to health, safety, environmental, and training management systems is advantageous. Proven ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively.
