Contribute to continuous delivery and enable teams with modern tooling and practices; manage key partnerships (e.g., ANZ) on fixed-term arrangements.
Lead leadership roles within consumer, general insurance, and partner ecosystems; support long-term growth and resilience.
Qualifications Experience in claims management, commercial assessment, underwriting, engineering leadership, or related insurance operations roles.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with brokers, partners, and internal teams.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
Technical capabilities in software development, cloud strategy, or digital motor assessments are beneficial where applicable.
Leadership experience for senior or platform delivery roles; evidence of building high-performing teams.
